Paradise Family Realty, Inc. was founded and incorporated on November 15th 2010 by Broker/Owner Nabeel Ahmed. Our primary function is to provide property management services of every aspect to our clients, giving them a single entity with which to conduct their property investment transactions. The name Paradise Family was originally created by Nabeel Ahmed’s grandfather in the 1940’s and encompassed a wide range of business models, among them were Paradise Hotel and Paradise Cinema. These companies, among others, were established in Jhelum, Pakistan, the birth place of Nabeel Ahmed. Before his grandfather’s passing, the name Paradise Family was synonymous with honesty, integrity, and high moral standards. These are the ideals of Paradise Family Realty and will be upheld throughout the life of our corporation.

Nabeel Ahmed
Nabeel Ahmed was born in Jhelum, Pakistan and raised in Nebraska. He moved to California in 1994, graduated High School in 1996 then went on to Cal State San Bernardino and graduated with a double major in Finance and Real Estate. Shortly after that, he got into the real estate industry as a loan officer in 2005. Nabeel started his first property management company in 2006. He has been servicing the greater High Desert for over 20 years.

Cassie Martin
Cassie was born and raised in the Chino, Ontario area. She graduated from Ontario High School in 2002, and did some community college while working. Her mother and grandmother worked most of their lives in the automotive industry, so it was only fitting that Cassie followed in their footsteps at just 16 years old. There she went from cashier, parts counter, service, sales and then guest relations. After all that Cassie decided to stay home and raise her three daughters. Trying to get back into work after staying home for twelve years seemed like a daunting task. But…fate ! She was viewing a home for rent for a friend and in doing a facetime tour she was offered a job by the broker. Guess he was really impressed with her tour! Now 6 years later, she is running the Victorville office that services the greater high desert. With over 20 years experience in customer relations, Cassie became a licensed real estate agent and certified property manager in 2021.
